Sporadic Rant:
Not much of an update today. I'm storing up those creative energies in order to do regular updates for the coming next week. Today's image is a reduced version of the design for the mousepad being offered in the BBoCS Store. Also, since Bob Huss complained about the format of the comics as he couldn't use them for desktops, I have provided today's image as a 1024x768 bitmap for your downloading pleasure. Simply right-click on the link (option-click for Macs), select "Save ...", and begin downloading 2 MB of BBoCS goodness.
Now to respond to Bob's question of the vertical layout of my comic, I can only say this: Horizontal scroll is the leading cause of infant mortality. I hate it with a passion, and so should you. Not everyone has huge-ass screens, so sometimes the larger horizontal layout comics don't quite fit on one screen. If I tried to squeeze my comic onto an 800x600 layout and laid it out horizontally, then I would have to drastically reduce the size of each panel. Then I couldn't do any cool comics like "Princess Alison", "Foolish Mortal", or Unreal Tournament Week.
